healthier.
How many memories were added in the last 30 days. Active brains grow!

High-importance memories with deadlines, decisions, or critical info that needs
attention.
Old memories with low activity. Review them before they fade - or let them go.
Things you "used to" like or do. Haiven tracks when preferences evolve.

Memory Temperature
How "alive" each memory is based on age, access, and importance:
New (<7 days), frequently accessed, or high importance. Top of mind.
Recent but not actively used. Still accessible and relevant.
Old (>60 days), rarely accessed. Archive tier - may be forgotten.
Temporal Status
When a memory applies - past, present, or future:
Facts true right now. "I work at...", "My favorite is..."
Historical facts. "I used to...", "Last year I..."
Future plans. "Next week I will...", "Planning to..."
Things in transition. "Learning to...", "Becoming..."
